Indigo is a universal organic chemistry toolkit. It is based on a C++ cheminformatics library, for which a plain C API is provided, along with convenient wrappers for Python, Java, and C# programming languages. A number of tools based on Indigo API is provided as well.
Currently, we can provide only a preliminary version of the API with Python, and Java wrappers, needed to run Ketcher server and Imago. No documentation is provided yet. The complete library with the documentation is going to be released in August.
